Choosing a course

Which fall protection course do you need?

The catalogue carries a general fall protection course, an awareness-level one, an Alberta-specific version and a construction-specific version. Fall protection is one of the areas where a client's own contract most often names the course, so check what you have been asked for before you buy.

How this is ordered. By what On-Track customers actually bought over the last twelve months, not by our opinion of them. The first one listed is the one most people take.

What actually separates them

  • Awareness-level courses are for workers who need to understand the hazard, not for workers who will be tied off.
  • There is an Alberta-specific version and a construction-specific version.
  • Prices run $69.99 to $99.99 for the Canadian versions.
  • Anyone using a personal fall arrest system needs hands-on training on their own equipment as well. Call us if you need that arranged.

Still not sure which one?

Call 1-800-440-6650. We audit these programmes for a living, so we would rather spend five minutes telling you which course your certifying partner or your client actually wants than sell you the wrong one.

Training more than one person?

A corporate account is free, takes 20 percent off for the first three months, and keeps every certificate and expiry date in one place. Buying Fall Protection (Awareness) seats one at a time costs more and tracks nothing.
