What is included
A complete orientation package. Ready to use on day one.
Every custom orientation includes six deliverables. The orientation document is the centrepiece. The supporting materials are what make it actually get used.
Site-Specific Orientation Document
25-40 pages written to the actual worksite, hazard profile, and provincial legislation. Covers regulatory requirements, site rules, hazard communication, emergency procedures, and PPE requirements specific to the operation.
Training Matrix
A topic-by-role breakdown showing which orientation sections apply to which worker classifications on the site. Makes supervisor delivery straightforward.
Supervisor Leader Guide
A facilitation guide for supervisors delivering the orientation. Includes talking points, time estimates per section, and notes on questions workers commonly raise.
Worker Sign-Off Form
A compliance-ready acknowledgement form for workers to sign on completion. Names the orientation, the date, and the site. Ready to file.
Provincial Legislation References
Regulatory references specific to the province the operation is in - OHS Act, Regulation, and Code citations as applicable. Keeps the document current and defensible.
Editable Word Source Files
The full orientation delivered as an editable Word document alongside the PDF. Update it as the operation changes, the site expands, or new prime contractor requirements come in.
How it works
Intake to delivery in under two weeks.
The process is intentionally straightforward. We gather the right information at intake so the first draft lands close to final.
Step 01
Scoping Intake
We gather the details that make the orientation site-specific: the operation type, the province, the hazards present, the PPE requirements, the emergency contact structure, and any prime contractor requirements in play.
Step 02
First Draft
The orientation is written from scratch to the actual worksite and province - not adapted from a generic base. The training matrix and supervisor leader guide are built at the same time.
Step 03
Client Review
The draft is sent for review. One round of revisions is included. We address any corrections, additions, or operational details that need adjusting before finalising.
Step 04
Final Deliverables
The completed orientation package is delivered as a finalised PDF plus editable Word source files. Ready to print, distribute, and use on day one.
Province coverage
Orientations built for Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
Each orientation is written to the OHS legislation, regulatory references, and any certifying partner requirements that apply in the province the operation is in. If the operation spans multiple provinces, we scope that at intake.
Common questions
After delivery
Your finished orientation, live in the portal.
A custom orientation is not a Word file emailed once and forgotten. Every orientation bundles optional Compliance Members Portal access, and the full six-part package lands in your document vault on delivery day.
Supervisors deliver straight from the portal. Workers open the orientation on any device. When the site changes, the editable source is right there to update - no chasing the latest version through email.
- The complete package, vaulted and version-controlled
- Workers and supervisors open it from phone, tablet, or desk
- Updates land in one place - everyone sees the current version
