How does it work?

  1. Scoping questions

    A short questionnaire of facts: sites, headcount, fleet size, who your customer is and what they asked for. We never ask "do you comply". That is our job to find out.

  2. Secure upload link

    You get a private link with a named list of the documents we need, so nobody guesses what to send. Upload from any device.

  3. Desk review before we arrive

    We read every document before the site visit, so field time is spent checking your records against the work, not reading binders.

  4. Field day

    We walk the site, talk with workers and supervisors, and check what the records say against what is actually happening.

  5. Scored report and debrief

    A scored report with a prioritized gap list, the reference for each gap, and a practical fix. We walk you through it and answer questions.

What does it not cover?

  • Not a legal opinion. We compare your program with published legislation and say where it falls short; your counsel decides questions of interpretation.

  • Not a rewrite. The review tells you what to change; we can quote the manual update separately.

Frequently asked questions

Why review a safety program province by province?

Each province writes its own OHS law. A manual written for one province can miss training, committee, reporting or hazard rules in another, and a branch following the corporate manual can still be out of compliance where it works.

What do we get at the end?

A matrix of requirements by province showing where your program meets, misses or overstates each one, notes on how each branch compares with the corporate standard, and one prioritized list of fixes.

Which provinces do you cover?

All the provinces your company works in. We scope the review to your actual footprint and include federal rules where part of your work is federally regulated.

Do you have to visit every branch?

No. Documents from every branch are reviewed. Site visits are optional and usually picked where the risk or the size of the branch is highest.
