Field Safety

Qualified safety coverage for the project window.

When a project needs a dedicated safety officer for a defined window - a complex shutdown, a high-hazard construction phase, a prime contractor requirement - On-Track provides qualified on-site coverage. Scoped to the operation, documented throughout, handed off cleanly at the end.

How it works

Scoped, mobilised, and handed off cleanly.

Step 01

Scope Call

We confirm the operation, province, project window, site hazards, and prime contractor safety requirements. This scoping call determines whether the engagement is the right fit and what documentation the officer will need on day one.

Step 02

Pre-Mobilisation

Site-specific documentation is prepared: hazard register, emergency response contacts, toolbox talk schedule, and any prime contractor reporting forms. The officer arrives ready, not catching up.

Step 03

On-Site Coverage

Daily presence as scoped: toolbox talks, inspections, hazard assessment review, incident documentation, and prime contractor coordination. Documentation is kept current throughout.

Step 04

Handoff Report

At the end of the project window, a written safety performance summary covering the covered period - incidents, near-misses, inspection findings, corrective actions taken. Ready for the file.
