What it is
Pre-qualification, run as a managed service.
Contractor pre-qualification is how major project owners and prime contractors vet sub-trades and service contractors before allowing them to work. The vetting happens through third-party platforms - ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, CanQual, and a handful of sector-specific systems. To work for a company, the contractor must maintain an account on whatever platform that company uses, upload safety program documentation, insurance certificates, training records, and incident statistics, and meet that company's compliance standard on an ongoing basis.
The work of keeping those accounts current is real and it does not stop. RAVS need refreshes. Insurance certificates expire. Training records age out. Platforms release new requirements. Prime contractors update their standards. On-Track manages the whole cycle on behalf of operators - so the people doing the actual work do not also have to be the people watching twelve expiry dates across four platforms while a prime's requirements change around them.

Onboard the Account
We take over an existing account or set one up from scratch. Audit the current state, identify the gaps each prime contractor will flag, scope the RAVS set the platform needs, and stand up the document library so the account reads complete from day one.
Maintain the Account
Insurance renewals, training records, safety statistics, and incident reports get uploaded on each platform's cadence. We track every expiry date and every platform's submission window so nothing ages out and nothing slips past a deadline.
Stay Compliant Continuously
Platforms release updated evidence standards and revised RAVS requirements on an ongoing basis - not just at annual review time. When a prime contractor's requirements change, the account has to reflect that change. On-Track monitors platform updates and keeps the account current against whatever standard is running, year-round.
Handle Priority Requests
Prime contractors issue specific requests throughout the year - a missing RAVS, updated safety statistics, proof of a particular training program. These are requirements for the ongoing right to work for that company. We treat these as priority work. Tell us about the request and we go.
