We keep your ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta and CanQual accounts current so you stay approved with the companies that hire you. Once you sign up, Debra, who runs contractor management for us, gets in touch to collect your logins.

Start with an account check

New to On-Track? Annual starts with a 4-hour account check ($392 + GST). We make sure every platform is in the green before we take it on for a fixed yearly price. Anything that needs fixing is quoted by the hour, and you approve it first. The check comes off your first annual payment if you sign up within 30 days of going green. Already a client? Use the email we have on file and you'll go straight to annual.

Setting up a new account takes more work than our plans cover, so please talk to us before you sign up. Call 1-800-440-6650 or email info@on-tracksafety.com and we'll go through your options.

4. The short version of the terms
  • New to On-Track: today's payment is the account check only. The annual plan is offered once every platform is in the green.
  • The yearly service is paid in full today and is non-refundable. There is no setup fee.
  • You give us a login (or a user account) for each platform, and you authorize us to submit documents, questionnaires and stats on your behalf.
  • Anything beyond the plan is billed at $98/hour, and only after you approve it.
  • Your grade is set by each platform from your own records. We keep your accounts complete and current but cannot guarantee a grade.
  • Platform subscription fees are paid by you to the platform directly. We keep your information confidential.
Full yearly terms and what is not included

Payment for the yearly service is due in full on acceptance and is non-refundable. You authorize On-Track to access your account with the login you provide and to submit documents, questionnaires and statistics on your behalf. Your grade is set by the platform from your own WCB rates, statistics, insurance and safety program: we keep the account complete and current, but cannot guarantee a grade, and we rely on the information you give us being accurate. We keep your information confidential and handle it in line with Alberta's PIPA. Yearly maintenance covers an account in good standing; if the account needs work to get there first, that work is quoted at the hourly rate before the yearly agreement starts.

Not included (quoted separately):

  • Manual audits - some platforms (Avetta, for one) now require an audit similar to a SECOR, with proof that your safety system is in use; quoted separately
  • ComplyWorks program revalidation
  • Re-entering your information after a platform update deletes it
  • More than one insurance certificate upload per client, per platform, per year - switching insurers mid-year or extending a policy needs additional certificates
  • Adding a new service area or province to your account
  • Platform subscription fees, which you pay to the platform directly
