A site spot check is an independent visit that checks what is happening on site against your own safety program. Each visit ends with a short scored report within days, and repeat visits show whether things are improving.

How does it work?

  1. Set the checklist

    We build the visit checklist from your own program and your customer's requirements, so every visit measures the same things.

  2. Pick the schedule

    Monthly, quarterly or a single visit. Unannounced visits are arranged with one contact only.

  3. The visit

    Two to four hours on site, walking the work and talking with the crew.

  4. Report within days

    A short scored report with photos, what was good, what needs fixing, and who should fix it.

  5. Trend over time

    Each visit is compared with the last, so you can see whether things are improving.

What does it not cover?

  • Not a full audit. A spot check is a snapshot of one day, which is its strength: it shows the ordinary day.
