All sales are final

On-Track Safety Solutions does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any store purchase, digital or physical. Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you have a question about a product before you buy, contact us first at info@on-tracksafety.com.

Digital products

RAVS documents, toolbox talks, safety manual templates, and other digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-returnable by their nature. All digital sales are final from the moment of purchase.

Physical products

FLHA card booklets, NCR inspection booklets, safety stickers, and other physical items are also sold as final sale. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item because of a fulfillment error on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@on-tracksafety.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

Shipping

We ship physical orders within Canada only, fulfilled from Red Deer, Alberta. Shipping is charged at checkout based on your province and the total weight of your order, and appears as a separate line item on your invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.
