Why it matters
Fall protection equipment needs a pre-use check by the worker and a periodic inspection by a competent person, and the second one is the one that gets lost. A tag on the harness is the cheapest way to keep both visible to the person clipping in.

This is a physical product. The booklets are printed and shipped to you across Canada - unlike our document products, there is nothing to download. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of everything in your order, so adding more to the same order costs less than ordering twice.

How much is shipping?

Does using these satisfy an audit requirement on its own?
No. A completed booklet is evidence that the check was done and by whom, which is what an auditor asks to see - but it only carries weight when the written program behind it says the check is required and how often. If that program does not exist yet, that is the part we write.
