Which ground disturbance course do you actually need?
Three ground disturbance courses sit in the catalogue and they are not interchangeable. Ground Disturbance 201 is the one most of our customers buy and the one endorsed by Utility Safety Partners, formerly the Alberta Common Ground Alliance. There is a separate British Columbia version, and a shorter 101 course at half the price. Below is what separates them on the facts.

What actually separates them
- 201 runs six hours and is written for planners, supervisors and anyone who develops or approves a ground disturbance. 101 is shorter and cheaper.
- The BC version exists because British Columbia's process differs. If you work in BC, take the BC one.
- All three certificates run 36 months.
