Why crews use it

  • Consistently completed records demonstrate your safety program is operational, not just documented on paper
  • COR and SECOR auditors ask for pre-use inspection records early - these are the answer
  • Automatic audit trail - no photocopying, no lost sign-off sheets

Built for

  • Construction companies, earthwork contractors, civil infrastructure crews
  • Any employer operating heavy or mobile equipment in Canada
  • Canadian employers and safety supervisors
  • HSE managers in construction, oil and gas, and utilities
  • COR, SECOR, and contractor prequalification programs
  • Contractor prequalification with ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks

Why it matters

OHS legislation across Canada requires pre-use inspections for heavy equipment, and COR and SECOR auditors will ask to see them. A booklet the operator actually fills out every shift is the simplest way to make that evidence exist - not a policy that says inspections happen, but the paper trail that proves they do.

Common questions

Before you buy

What people ask us about the NCR - Daily Equipment Inspection.

Is the NCR - Daily Equipment Inspection shipped, or is it a download?

This is a physical product. The booklets are printed and shipped to you across Canada - unlike our document products, there is nothing to download. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of everything in your order, so adding more to the same order costs less than ordering twice.

Can we have our company logo printed on them?

Yes. You can upload your logo on this page before adding it to the cart and it is printed on the finished product.

How much is shipping?

It is worked out at checkout from the total weight of your order and where it is going, so there is no flat fee to guess at. Ordering everything together is always cheaper than placing separate orders.

Does using these satisfy an audit requirement on its own?

No. A completed booklet is evidence that the check was done and by whom, which is what an auditor asks to see - but it only carries weight when the written program behind it says the check is required and how often. If that program does not exist yet, that is the part we write.

From the team that wrote it

Field records are evidence - if the program backs them.

Duplicate booklets capture what happened on site. What an auditor wants next is the written program that required it, and proof it happens every time.
