- — Read it to the crew. Why it matters, the key hazards, best practices, a quick self-check and the legislation behind it.

- — Supervisor prep. How to run the talk, discussion questions, visual aids and engagement ideas, and related training.

About this bundle
Built for plant managers, shop supervisors, safety coordinators and HSE professionals in manufacturing.
Lead confident, compliant safety meetings with sixteen talks that target the top risks facing manufacturing teams today - from heavy equipment and warehouse hazards to PPE and grinder safety. Whether you run a machine shop, warehouse operation or production facility, this bundle equips your crew with practical, field-ready safety content, not just generic scripts.
Every talk has real-world meeting prompts built in: a Before the Meeting prep checklist (inspect guarding, pull gloves, print tags), During the Meeting guidance (crew walkthroughs, visual demos, open questions) and add-on ideas (show damaged tools, ask about close calls, review the last inspection findings). Add site-specific photos, tools and demo gear to bring each topic to life. This isn't a freebie download - it's a built-for-you kit designed for better conversations and a stronger safety culture.
Instant download - 16 PDF files right after purchase. One-time purchase, with no logins, subscriptions or renewals. Fully printable, built for compliance tracking and sign-off.

Common questions
Before you buy
What people ask us about the Manufacturing Toolbox Talk Bundle.
What is included in the Manufacturing Toolbox Talk Bundle?
The Manufacturing Toolbox Talk Bundle is a collection of individual toolbox talks packaged together, so a crew can work through a run of meetings without buying each topic separately.
Which 16 talks are in the Manufacturing Toolbox Talk Bundle?
Compressed Air Safety, Cranes, Hoists & Lifting Device Safety, Ergonomics in Manufacturing, Fire Safety & Extinguisher Use, Forklift Safety, Grinder Safety, Housekeeping, Lockout Tagout, Machine Guarding, Manual Material Handling, Pedestrian Zones – Warehouse, PPE – Eye Protection, PPE – Hand Protection, Rigging, Slips, Trips & Falls, WHMIS.
Do the toolbox talk bundles overlap?
Yes, some. 12 of the 16 talks in this bundle also appear in at least one other bundle: Compressed Air Safety (also in HVAC & Mechanical); Cranes, Hoists & Lifting Device Safety (also in Oil & Gas, Construction); Fire Safety & Extinguisher Use (also in Top 16 Best Sellers, Forestry); Housekeeping (also in Oil & Gas, Construction, Top 16 Best Sellers, HVAC & Mechanical, Electrical / Utilities); Lockout Tagout (also in Construction, Top 16 Best Sellers, HVAC & Mechanical, Electrical / Utilities); Machine Guarding (also in Oil & Gas, Top 16 Best Sellers, Forestry); Manual Material Handling (also in Top 16 Best Sellers, Commercial Trucking, HVAC & Mechanical, Forestry); PPE – Eye Protection (also in Construction, HVAC & Mechanical); PPE – Hand Protection (also in Construction, Commercial Trucking, HVAC & Mechanical); Rigging (also in Oil & Gas); Slips, Trips & Falls (also in Construction, Top 16 Best Sellers, Electrical / Utilities, Forestry); WHMIS (also in Electrical / Utilities). The comparison table on the toolbox talks page shows every bundle side by side.
How long does each talk in the bundle take to run?
Most crews get through a talk in ten to fifteen minutes, which is what a pre-shift or tailgate meeting can absorb without cutting into the work. The material is written to be read aloud and discussed rather than presented.
Does this count as evidence in a COR, SECOR or ISNetworld audit?
Toolbox talks support the hazard-communication side of a safety program, and auditors generally want a dated record of who attended. A toolbox talk is not formal training and does not replace certification or competency training where a regulation or a prime contractor requires it.
What format is it, and when do I get it?
It is a digital download in a print-ready format, available immediately after checkout. Print as many copies as your crews need - the licence covers use inside your own company.
Can we add our company name to it?
Yes. The talk is meant to go into your own safety program, so you can add your company name and issue it as your own record.
From the team that wrote it
A toolbox talk is one piece of a program.
Talks like this one prove your crew was trained on the day. The rest of the evidence - the manual behind it, and the training records an auditor asks for - is what we build.
