  1. — Read it to the crew. Why it matters, the key hazards, best practices, a quick self-check and the legislation behind it.

About this bundle

Transport comes with tight schedules and high stakes. Keep your drivers safe.

This bundle includes 16 professional toolbox talks designed for transportation, delivery and logistics teams operating in yards, on highways or at customer sites.

From trailer coupling risks to fatigued driving and fuelling hazards, these talks give safety leads everything they need to run focused, trackable safety meetings in 10 minutes or less - no fluff, just field-tested content your crews will relate to. Each one comes with real-world prompts and enhancement ideas: check a coupling pin, review your spotter protocol, inspect gloves.

Use them to lead weekly safety talks for commercial drivers or dispatch teams, to reinforce site-specific protocols before new contracts or hauls, and during orientations, investigations or compliance checks. The ready-to-print sign-in sheets make every meeting audit-proof and trackable. Download instantly after purchase - no logins or subscriptions.

Common questions

Before you buy

What people ask us about the Commercial Trucking Toolbox Talk Bundle.

What is included in the Commercial Trucking Toolbox Talk Bundle?

The Commercial Trucking Toolbox Talk Bundle is a collection of individual toolbox talks packaged together, so a crew can work through a run of meetings without buying each topic separately. It includes a leader guide with the discussion points to work through. It also includes a printable sign-in sheet for recording who attended.

Which 16 talks are in the Commercial Trucking Toolbox Talk Bundle?

Backing Procedures at Delivery Sites, Battery Boosting, Cargo Hauling Safety, Cold Stress, Fatigued Driving Prevention, Fit for Duty, Fuelling Safety, Heat Stress, Loading Dock Hazards, Manual Material Handling, PPE – Hand Protection, Roadside Emergencies & Breakdown, Trailer Coupling & Uncoupling, Use of Spotters, Vehicle Spotter Safety, Violence & Harassment Prevention.

Do the toolbox talk bundles overlap?

Yes, some. 6 of the 16 talks in this bundle also appear in at least one other bundle: Fatigued Driving Prevention (also in Top 16 Best Sellers, Electrical / Utilities, Forestry); Fit for Duty (also in Oil & Gas, Top 16 Best Sellers); Manual Material Handling (also in Manufacturing, Top 16 Best Sellers, HVAC & Mechanical, Forestry); PPE – Hand Protection (also in Construction, Manufacturing, HVAC & Mechanical); Use of Spotters (also in Electrical / Utilities); Violence & Harassment Prevention (also in Construction, Top 16 Best Sellers). The comparison table on the toolbox talks page shows every bundle side by side.

How long does each talk in the bundle take to run?

Most crews get through a talk in ten to fifteen minutes, which is what a pre-shift or tailgate meeting can absorb without cutting into the work. The material is written to be read aloud and discussed rather than presented.

Does this count as evidence in a COR, SECOR or ISNetworld audit?

The completed sign-in sheet is the record an auditor generally looks for as evidence that the talk happened and who was there, so keeping the signed sheets on file is what gives the talk its value at audit time. A toolbox talk is hazard communication, though, not formal training - it does not replace certification or competency training where a regulation or a prime contractor requires it.

What format is it, and when do I get it?

It is a digital download in a print-ready format, available immediately after checkout. Print as many copies as your crews need - the licence covers use inside your own company.

Can we add our company name to it?

Yes. The talk is meant to go into your own safety program, so you can add your company name and issue it as your own record.

From the team that wrote it

A toolbox talk is one piece of a program.

Talks like this one prove your crew was trained on the day. The rest of the evidence - the manual behind it, and the training records an auditor asks for - is what we build.
