Why crews use it

  • Faster for a worker to complete before starting a task
  • Faster for a supervisor to check compliance at a glance
  • One bound pad keeps a crew's assessments together and accounted for

Built for

  • Canadian employers and safety supervisors
  • HSE managers in construction, oil and gas, and utilities
  • General industry crews needing an audit-ready FLHA record
  • COR, SECOR, and contractor prequalification programs

Why it matters

A field-level hazard assessment only holds up in a COR or SECOR audit if it was actually done before the task and can be shown, signed off, on demand. A bound NCR booklet is the paper trail: the worker's copy goes with them, the supervisor's copy stays with the record, and neither can quietly go missing the way a loose sheet can.

Common questions

Before you buy

What people ask us about the FLHA Card (Ver. 3) Booklet.

Is the FLHA Card (Ver. 3) Booklet shipped, or is it a download?

This is a physical product. The booklets are printed and shipped to you across Canada - unlike our document products, there is nothing to download. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of everything in your order, so adding more to the same order costs less than ordering twice.

Can we have our company logo printed on them?

Yes. You can upload your logo on this page before adding it to the cart and it is printed on the finished product.

How much is shipping?

It is worked out at checkout from the total weight of your order and where it is going, so there is no flat fee to guess at. Ordering everything together is always cheaper than placing separate orders.

Does using these satisfy an audit requirement on its own?

No. A completed booklet is evidence that the check was done and by whom, which is what an auditor asks to see - but it only carries weight when the written program behind it says the check is required and how often. If that program does not exist yet, that is the part we write.

From the team that wrote it

Hazard assessment is the part auditors check hardest.

Field-level hazard assessments only score if the program behind them says how they are used, and the crew can show they were done. We build both sides.
